As a Volunteer Led organization it is crucial to the day to day activities of our league, that our families are involved on every level. Here are few of the ways that you can get involved.

One of the greatest ways you can serve the league your player is a part of is by being part of the team that upkeeps our parks. Trash is a major issue for all ball parks, including ours. Taking the time to pick up after a game, teach your player to do the same. And even emptying one of the soon to overflow trash cans into one of our dumpsters is a great way to serve the league each week.

We admit we are biased, but our coaches on the field are some of the best in Middle TN. They know the game, they are consistently learning better ways to teach the game, it is one of the things that makes our league unique.

That said, if the coaches are focused on the field, there is always a need for a parent or group of parents to handle the communication for each team. Volunteering to take on the admin or email/text feed for your team is a great way to stay involved, and free coaches up to focus on what they do best.

As a league we are completely responsible for all aspects of our ball parks. Each team that plays inside CHYAA is required to bring one league sponsor each Spring. These financial investments allow our league to keep the field spaces looking top notch throughout the year.
